Is my patient data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every staff member gets role-based access so people only see what their job requires. Your data belongs to you — you can export all of it at any time, and we never sell or share patient information.
Can I import patients from my current software or Excel?+
Yes, and we do it for you, free. Send us your existing data in any format — Excel, CSV, exports from other clinic software, or even photos of paper registers — and we'll import your patients, appointments, and payment history so you don't lose a single record.

What happens after the free trial?+
The free trial lasts 7 days with full access to every feature. After that, you pay ₹4,000 for the year to continue. If you decide not to subscribe, your data stays exportable — we don't hold it hostage.
Can patients book appointments online?+
Yes. Every clinic gets a free public page with your services, photos, and contact details, where patients can request appointments online. You can also send automated appointment confirmations and reminders by email.
