Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Klinici. If you need to cancel your subscription, we offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions.

2. Free Trial

The 7-day free trial requires no payment and can be cancelled at any time without any charges. No refund is applicable for the trial period as no payment is collected.

3. Pro-Rata Refund

If you cancel your annual subscription before the end of the billing period, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months. The refund is calculated as follows:

Partial months are rounded down to the nearest complete month for refund calculation purposes.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation and refund, email us at hello@klinici.com with your clinic name and registered email address. We will process your request within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your access continues until the effective cancellation date (based on refund calculation). After that date:

• You can still view and export your data for 30 days
• Creating or modifying records will be disabled
• After 30 days, you may request data deletion or resubscribe

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
• Requests made more than 30 days after the subscription end date
• Subscriptions with less than 1 full month remaining
