1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klinici ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clinic owners, staff members, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Klinici is a cloud-based clinic management platform that provides patient records management, appointment scheduling, invoicing, payments tracking, and related tools for healthcare providers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

4. Free Trial

New clinics receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to continue creating and modifying records. Existing data remains accessible in read-only mode.

5. Subscription & Payment

The Service is billed annually at ₹4,000 per clinic per year (inclusive of all taxes). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are non-transferable between clinics. Each clinic requires its own active subscription. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create on the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) impersonate another person or entity; (f) use the Service to store data unrelated to clinic operations.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klinici shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon cancellation, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
